Guaranteed minimum speeds range from 75% to 100% of the maximum noted speed, across our network, to our rooftop equipment. Due to the distributed and complex nature of the internet, we can not guarantee speeds across the entire internet as congested upstream interconnections, network issues in other states on other provider's networks and destination site issues can all affect "speed".
Uptime SLA of 99.9%
Latency across our network, from our core to our rooftop equipment guaranteed not to exceed 20ms. Due to the distributed and complex nature of the internet, we can not guarantee latency across the entire internet or to any specific destination on the internet or location in the world as we have no control or responsibility for the millions of possible interconnection points, or upstream routing paths.
